Grace is passionate about offering individual counseling to adult women and men who are ready to step into a deeper journey of healing and self-discovery. At the core of her work is a Rogerian, person-centered approach — a philosophy rooted in unconditional positive regard, empathy, and authenticity. This approach allows clients to feel deeply accepted and empowered to explore their inner worlds without fear of judgment.

Grace skillfully integrates a range of evidence-based modalities to tailor each session to the unique needs and goals of every client. Her clinical toolkit includes Somatic Experiencing, which supports clients in releasing trauma held in the body and reconnecting to a sense of physical safety; Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), which helps individuals understand and heal attachment wounds; and Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that guides clients in identifying and harmonizing the different “parts” of themselves. She also draws on Narrative Therapy to help clients reshape their personal stories, Existential Therapy to explore meaning and purpose, and Expressive Arts and Play Therapy to encourage creative expression and emotional release.

In addition, Grace incorporates Polyvagal Theory to support nervous system regulation and promote a felt sense of safety and connection. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective method for processing trauma and reducing emotional distress. By thoughtfully weaving together these diverse approaches, Grace offers truly individualized care that honors each person’s unique history, identity, and path forward.

Her clinical focus areas include grief and loss, trauma recovery, addiction, relational difficulties, and struggles with self-worth. She has a special interest in supporting women navigating experiences such as post-abortion trauma, as well as working with men who face physical or emotional struggles. Through her warm, compassionate, and clinically grounded approach, Grace invites clients to reconnect with themselves, heal deep wounds, and move toward greater freedom, resilience, and authenticity.
