In addition, Grace incorporates Polyvagal Theory to support nervous system regulation and promote a felt sense of safety and connection. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective method for processing trauma and reducing emotional distress. By thoughtfully weaving together these diverse approaches, Grace offers truly individualized care that honors each person’s unique history, identity, and path forward.
Her clinical focus areas include grief and loss, trauma recovery, addiction, relational difficulties, and struggles with self-worth. She has a special interest in supporting women navigating experiences such as post-abortion trauma, as well as working with men who face physical or emotional struggles. Through her warm, compassionate, and clinically grounded approach, Grace invites clients to reconnect with themselves, heal deep wounds, and move toward greater freedom, resilience, and authenticity.
